Rapper and producer Carl Kavorkian hails from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As part of the Cult Member Music crew, he walks the border between horror and self-deprecation. He recently dropped his latest LP, The Happiest Sad Face. Here’s his recent video for the single, “Half Full/Half Empty.” The song’s title, although familiar is a confessional commentary on the struggles of independent artists. “Natural Disaster” is a track off Solillaquists of Sound‘s double album, The 4th Wall. The video is a mix of found footage and performances from S.O.S shows; most prominently featured are scenes from the 1998 classic movie, They Live.
