It was a busy 2013 for Orlando, Florida’s music collective Solillaquists of Sound. First, they toured France, came home, raised $16,393 through their kickstarter campaign with a goal of $12,500, and then they released, The 4th Wall, a double album box set. Talk about “Everyday I’m hustling,” just in the second week of the new year: Swamburger, the MC of the group, had a solo art show at downtown Orlando’s Peacock Room, B-Side Artists Apparel is putting out a collaborative series of t-shirts featuring the MC’s paintings, along with artist Chris Tobar, and S.O.S.’s album cover (also featuring Swamburger’s art) for The 4th Wall is on the cover of Orlando Weekly. Not to mention this Saturday is the album release party for their crowd funded double LP. Peep the fruits of their labor below.
