Rapper, singer, mother, artist and controversial figure M.I.A had a show in New York last night and Wikileaks founder Julian Assange was the opening act and “Epic guest speaker” via Skype. Assange is still living out of the Ecuadorian embassy in London. He’s hosting “The World Tomorrow,” a TV show that M.I.A produced the opening music for. Her album, Matangi, out November 5th.
