Organized by the Australian non-profit Form, “Public” is a nine day mural festival that just ended a couple days ago in Perth, Australia. UK artist Phlegm‘s contribution is below. Although his characters totally lend themselves to graffiti, he grew his style out of making his own comics. A lot of details, the photos don’t do it justice.
